Cancellation & Refund Policy

PRINCE NISHAD believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
  • Cancellation may not be entertained if orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc.

Refund Policy

  • Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • For damaged/defective items, please report to our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
  • If the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, notify us within 7 days.
  • For products with manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue to them directly.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Important Notes

Quality Concerns: Our team will inspect your complaint and make a determination. Please keep the original packaging for inspection if required.

Processing Time: While we process refunds within 1-2 days, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment method.
